The 411: The field service supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including managing schedules, coaching and developing team, addressing issues, setting and ensuring KBI targets and goals are met, driving initiatives and results, auditing employee performance, and more. A high school diploma and two years of supervisory experience are required, but a bachelor’s degree and equipment service experience are preferred. An exciting mechanic/welder position in Imperial, Calif. is available with Empire CAT. You will get to repair, recondition, weld, fabricate, service, and prepare CAT and other Empire machines and components, as well as troubleshoot malfunctions. You must be able to commit to taking out-of-town assignments which may require extended overnight stays. The typical schedule for the role is Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., full time with benefits. A current CDL is requires as well as six months of related experience and the ability to communicate in English.

Service Compressors in Oklahoma

Stewart & Stevenson Service in Oklahoma is seeking a field service tech to diagnose and repair compressors. You must have a high school diploma or GED, and two to four years of related experience is preferred. The field tech will be working in customers’ places of business so they must be trustworthy, neat, autonomous, and a good communicator. If you are not already certified by a compressor manufacturer you will need to attend a Sullair training and finish with a score of 75 or better.
