Scott Berg is the chief executive officer of ServiceMax from GE Digital. He is a veteran of the application software industry with a proven track-record of scaling companies into market leaders. As the chief executive officer for the ServiceMax business, Scott has global responsibility for the field service application business, including product, sales, marketing, services and customer success. Scott joined the company as vice president of sales more than 8 years ago and was promoted numerous times into leadership positions responsible for the engineering, sales, services and customer success organizations. Prior to joining ServiceMax, Scott was at SuccessFactors as an original member of the team that formed SuccessFactors’ first industry vertical team focused on the healthcare market.
