As the head of our Account Management team, I’m deeply committed to delivering the best customer experience possible, so I am thrilled to announce the launch of this year’s MaxChoice Awards.

The MaxChoice Awards is an annual recognition program that celebrates the success of customers who have effectively implemented ServiceMax’s field service management solution to innovate and achieve their business goals. This year we’ll announce the winners at PTC LiveWorx, May 15-18, in Boston.*

The awards are presented to customers who have demonstrated exceptional performance in areas such as service delivery, customer satisfaction, revenue growth and operational efficiency. Winning a MaxChoice Award is a significant accomplishment that highlights the company’s commitment to excellence in field service management. It also demonstrates that the company has successfully leveraged ServiceMax’s field service management solution to transform its business and drive positive outcomes.

The MaxChoice Awards program not only recognizes outstanding customer achievements but also provides an opportunity for customers to share their success stories with the broader ServiceMax community. By sharing best practices, success stories and innovative solutions, customers can help each other to drive continuous improvement and achieve even greater success in their field service operations.

We are proud to introduce the 2023 MaxChoice Awards in three categories:

We Keep the World Running Award

This award recognizes companies that have leveraged ServiceMax to keep their business operations running smoothly, improve customer satisfaction and maintain business continuity, while also helping to keep the world running by providing essential services to their customers. Past winners of this award include companies that mobilized their field service technicians during the Covid-19 crisis, correctly scheduling maintenance visits and leveraging remote assistance to avoid unnecessary onsite visits.

Business Impact Award

This award recognizes customers that have realized exceptional business results and ROI in the areas of revenue, productivity, adoption, and other key metrics through technology and field service strategy. Past winners, such as Alcon, have clearly demonstrated how the ServiceMax software has helped them optimize their operations, improve customer satisfaction and generate revenue. Alcon, a global leader in eye care products and devices, saved 900-plus hours per year through improvements to its field service reporting. In addition to time savings, Alcon saw a significant increase in productivity, which has resulted in cost savings of $2 million.

Innovation Award

This award recognizes customers who have demonstrated innovative use of ServiceMax and other technologies. Nominees will have connected new audiences, unlocked value from asset data in a new way, run pilots, or leveraged AR, AI or IoT. As customers innovate, it helps us innovate. Nominees also may have helped drive ServiceMax forward as a company by having a significant influence in our product roadmap and direction. Previous winners of this award, such as 3D System, have used ServiceMax software in a unique and innovative way that has improved their field service operations, increased efficiency and helped them better serve their customers. Through its use of ServiceMax, additive-manufacturing provider 3D Systems was able to proactively predict service needs, leading to quicker resolution of customer issues.

We can’t wait to learn more about the incredible ways that our customers are impacting their industries. This year’s MaxChoice Awards are a celebration of their hard work and dedication to innovation, perseverance and business excellence.
