It’s here! Today we announced our latest release, ServiceMax Summer ’12 featuring Service Parts & Reverse Logistics (SP&RL). SP&RL is built on our leading parts logistics module and offers new and innovative reverse logistics functionality to help companies model, track and support returns, refurbishments and exchanges seamlessly throughout even the largest global service networks.
In addition to SP&RL we have added some other exciting new functionality including:
- Enhancements to Service Flow Manager
- Barcode scanning via iPad camera
- GPS tracking on iPad mobile
- SFM search on iPad mobile
- Addition of Dutch (generally available), and Italian (pre-release) translations
