The MaxChoice Awards is an annual recognition program that celebrates the success of customers who have effectively implemented ServiceMax’s field service management solution to innovate and achieve their business goals.

The awards are presented to customers who have demonstrated exceptional performance in areas such as service delivery, customer satisfaction, revenue growth and operational efficiency. Winning a MaxChoice Award is a significant accomplishment that highlights the company’s commitment to excellence in field service management. It also demonstrates that the company has successfully leveraged ServiceMax’s field service management solution to transform its business and drive positive outcomes.

ServiceMax is proud to announce the 2023 MaxChoice Award winners in three categories:

We Keep the World Running Award

This award recognizes companies that have leveraged ServiceMax to keep their business operations running smoothly, improve customer satisfaction and maintain business continuity, while also helping to keep the world running by providing essential services to their customers.

The winners in this category are:

  • WaterFleet, a best-in-class provider of mobile water and wastewater utility services, and workforce relief remedies, working in the most challenging situations to make a positive impact on the environment and the quality of life of the workforce served.
  • Illumina, a provider of innovative, array-based solutions for DNA, RNA, and protein analysis that serve as tools for disease research, drug development, and the development of molecular tests in the clinic.

The runners-up in this category were:

  • Exide, a leading provider of advanced energy storage solutions for the automotive and industrial markets.
  • Roche Diagnostics, who develops and produces medical tests and digital tools that provide information to help healthcare professionals find the right treatment for patients and deliver the best patient care to improve, prolong and save lives. Currently, Roche Diagnostics leads the industry in developing diagnostic products for cancer, cardiac health, infectious diseases, women’s health and diabetes management.

Innovation Award

This award recognizes customers who have demonstrated innovative use of ServiceMax and other technologies.

The winners in this category are:

  • Zimmer Biomet, a provider of innovative products and integrated digital and robotic technologies that alleviate pain and improve the quality of life for people around the world.
  • Thermo Fisher Scientific, a provider of innovative technologies, purchasing convenience and pharmaceutical services that enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.

The runners-up in this category were:

  • Robert Dietrick Company, a manufacturer’s representative who solves problems for customers at the loading dock and in the warehouse or production facility.
  • DEF, an independent French company established in 1958 and specializing in fire safety system solutions and services.
  • Westmor, a designer and manufacturer of petroleum and liquid-handling parts and equipment for industries like petroleum, propane, biofuels, aviation, transportation and agronomy.

Business Impact Award

This award recognizes customers that have realized exceptional business results and ROI in the areas of revenue, productivity, adoption, and other key metrics through technology and field service strategy.

The winners in this category are:

  • Hach, a leader in developing innovative solutions to help customers analyze their water more efficiently and more effectively.
  • Philips, a provider of diagnostic imaging systems, healthcare information technology solutions, and patient monitoring and cardiac devices.

The runners-up in this category were:

  • Everi, a provider of game content and cabinets that create trailblazing player experiences and financial technology solutions that bring security, utility, and efficiency to the gaming floor.
  • NexTier Oilfield Solutions, a leading provider of integrated completions focused on the most demanding land basins in the US.
