A Look Back At Maximize 2015

What. A. Week.

Another record-breaking Maximize is in the books. More than 600 attendees came to San Francisco with the goal of learning and working together to elevate field service, and we’re already excited for next year’s event!

For those you were not able to attend (or attendees who want to relive it!), we thought we’d go through some highlights from the week:

 ServiceMax CEO Keynote

DY_Keynote_Maximize15Dave Yarnold’s keynote kicked things off on Thursday, May 14th and featured amazing customer success stories from Coca-Cola Enterprises, Schneider Electric and McKinley equipment. Coca-Cola Enterprises shared their amazing growth through service and how strategic service and ServiceMax is to their company. Schneider Electric covered their innovative product revenue strategy, and McKinley closed the show with a look at how ServiceMax was the catalyst that helped their 65 year old business experience growth unlike they have ever seen before. It was truly inspirational and rewarding knowing how integral ServiceMax was.

We also formally announced our brand new installed base product, ProductIQ, and got to share the details and a live demo of our Internet of Things partnership with PTC. It even featured a brief appearance by a shiny new Apple Watch.

Keynote: Vince Campisi, GE Software

164_8555_Thurs_NJ_840We were fortunate enough to have Vince Campisi from GE Software join us for a great presenation about the Industrial Internet, the power of 1% and how ServiceMax fits into GE’s vision for the future of their outcomes-based service business. Gary’s work speaks for itself. His energy, passion for what he believes and unique view of how people and companies should really be thinking about innovation.

Field Service Soirée

8555_AA_0081Whether whiskey, cigars or chocolate are your vice, we had them all there at the Field Service Soirée at the Clift hotel in San Francisco. Complete with an “Orange Carpet” attendees were treated to a great night out in San Francisco with professional cigar rollers, chocolate truffle making, and a whiskey tasting bar.

More than 25 ServiceMax Partners

IMG_6816Our ecosystem is growing and we had more than 25 of our partners in attendance packing the expo hall full of great products and services to help our customers extend their ServiceMax implementations. Part of what’s so valuable about ServiceMax is the ability to truly customize it to your business, and our great group of partners — from implementation, to maps, to forms, to compliance software — help us make sure we have solutions for everyone.

Aside from all of these highlights were three amazing days of networking, learning and innovation. We are thrilled with out the event turned out this year and we hope our customers do to. If you didn’t get to make it this year, we hope to see you next year!
